Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the refried beans with mild salsa until smooth. Spread evenly in a 7x11" casserole dish.
  2. Combine sour cream with taco seasoning until blended. Spread over the bean layer.
  3. Mash avocados with lime juice, salt, garlic, and cilantro until smooth. Spread over the taco sour cream.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the guacamole.
  5. Evenly distribute chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, and diced green onions on top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
