  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 10-inch bundt pan with butter or baking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat together 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter and 8 ounces of room-temperature cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar.
  4. Mix in 1/4 cup of amaretto liqueur and 1 teaspoon of almond extract. Then, add 3 large eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
