  • 1 cup Pickles Use dill relish as an alternative

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Clean the mushroom caps with a damp paper towel, place them on the baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the beef mixture, pressing lightly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, ensuring beef reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Add a slice of cheese on each mushroom and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until melted.
  7. Garnish with crispy bacon bits, grape tomatoes, and pickles before serving.
