  • 6 slices Bacon (Million Dollar Bacon) Cook until crispy.
  • 2 tbsp Hot Honey Can substitute with maple syrup.
For Serving
  • 1 bag Crostini Use toasted bread or store-bought.

Method
 

Cooking and Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out your bacon strips in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
  2. Once done, remove the bacon and let it cool on a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Chop the cooled bacon into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add softened goat cheese and mix until creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Gently fold in the chopped bacon pieces.
  5. Shape the mixture into a log about 8-10 inches long using plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. After chilling, unwrap the log and drizzle hot honey over the top.
  7. Arrange toasted crostini around the cheese log and serve with extra hot honey on the side.
