- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your baking dish.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
 - Place salmon fillets skin-side down in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Spread the feta and sun-dried tomato mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
 - Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
