  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or fresh herbs

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the feta and sun-dried tomato mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
