Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Allow about 10 minutes for preheating.
  2. Season the salmon pieces with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat.
  3. Coat salmon with panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish and place on a baking sheet or air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Assemble bowls with jasmine rice, shredded purple cabbage, avocado, carrots, and top with crispy salmon bites.
  7. Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over bowls and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
