Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
  4. Brush half of the sauce onto the seasoned salmon fillets.
  5. Place salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. (Optional) For a crispier texture, air fry at 400°F for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, drizzling reserved sauce on top, with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli.
