  • 2 cups Bell Peppers mixed colors

  2. Cube Ingredients: Cut the top sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes and chop the bell peppers and onion into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Marinate: Place the cubed steak into the bowl with the marinade and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Skewering: Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and onion.
  5. Grilling: Preheat your grill to 375°F and grill kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning every 3 minutes.
  6. Oven Method: Preheat oven to 375°F, place skewers on a lined baking sheet, and bake for about 30 minutes.
