Ingredients

Brownie Ingredients
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter adds moisture and richness—substitute with margarine for a dairy-free treat.
  • 1.5 cups Granulated Sugar provides sweetness and structure—try brown sugar for a deeper flavor.
  • 3 large Eggs helps bind ingredients and gives structure—use room temperature eggs for better mixing.
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest enhances the orange flavor—fresh zest gives the best taste.
  • 3 Tbsp Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice adds moisture and citrus flavor—swap with lemon juice for a bright twist.
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour gives structure—spoon and level for accurate measurement.
  • 1 tsp Salt balances sweetness—no substitutes needed.
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese forms the base of the frosting, adding creaminess—Neufchâtel works for lower fat content.
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter contributes to a smooth consistency in the frosting.
  • 2 Tbsp Orange Zest amplifies the orange flavor in the frosting, making it zestier.
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar sweetens and thickens the frosting—no substitutions recommended for the best texture.
