Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare the chicken, broccoli, red pepper, shallots, and feta for assembly.
Cooking Pasta
  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook farfalle pasta according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
Sauté Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and thyme, cooking for 5 minutes until golden.
Sauté Vegetables
  1. Add broccoli and shallots to the wok, sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add red pepper for the final minute.
Combine Salad
