Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 8 oz pasta any shape pasta you love
  • 2 cups precooked chicken diced rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese can substitute with feta or leave out
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce adjust for spice level
  • ¼ cup olive oil can substitute with other oils
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or use vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or use fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder or add fresh onions
  • ½ tsp celery salt can use regular salt instead

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your choice of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Frank’s Hot Sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery salt until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, blue cheese, sliced carrots, and diced celery. Mix gently.
  4. Gradually pour the dressing over the salad mixture and stir gently to coat evenly. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Give the salad a gentle stir before serving and add a splash of olive oil or hot sauce if needed.
