- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your choice of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Frank’s Hot Sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery salt until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, blue cheese, sliced carrots, and diced celery. Mix gently.
- Gradually pour the dressing over the salad mixture and stir gently to coat evenly. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
