  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of white sugar, 2 large eggs, and ½ cup of melted unsalted butter. Whisk until smooth and pale.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of 2% milk and 3.4 oz of instant Jell-O Butterscotch Pudding Mix. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Gradually fold in 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour until just incorporated.
