  2. Season the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, mixing thoroughly and letting them rest.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the salmon fillets skin-side down for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet after the salmon has cooked for 3 to 4 minutes and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish and garnish with parsley before serving.
