Preparation Steps

  4. Introduce the corn kernels to the skillet, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Gently fold the sautéed mixture into the egg and milk base, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared pie dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  9. Once baked, let the pie cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
