Step-by-Step Instructions for Antojitos
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese, finely diced red onion, bell pepper, sour cream, and all your spices. Blend until smooth.
  3. Evenly spread the cheese filling on each tortilla and roll tightly.
