  • 1 cup Sour Cream
Cheese Blend
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can substitute with Monterey Jack or pepper jack
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Mix with other cheeses as desired
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1 cup Chopped Dill Pickles Or bread-and-butter pickles for sweetness
  • 2 tbsp Pickle Juice Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used if sautéed first
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Fresh onions can be substituted if lightly cooked

  • to taste Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Spoon the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, smoothing the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
