  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded, for gooeyness.
  • 1 can Black Beans Rinsed and drained.
  • 1 cup Corn For sweetness.
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Sour Cream For serving.
  • 1 cup Salsa For serving.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro For garnish.
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeños Sliced, for heat.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the Bundt pan.
  2. Roll out the Pillsbury dough and cut into strips, about 1 inch wide.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and mix in taco seasoning, then add black beans and corn.
  4. Layer the ingredients in the Bundt pan, alternating dough strips, beef mixture, and cheese.
  5. Cover with remaining dough and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before inverting onto a serving plate.
  8. Slice and serve warm with toppings.
