Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. Mix in the room temperature egg yolks and vanilla extract until well combined and fluffy.
  4. Add creamy peanut butter and mix until everything is smooth and combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Form dough balls about 1-2 inches in size and place them onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each ball.
  7. Bake for 10-11 minutes, checking for a puffed shape and slight browning at the edges.
  8. After baking, let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
