  3. In a food processor, combine masa harina, salt, sugar, baking powder, pepper, and butter. Pulse until crumbly, then add broth gradually.
  4. Spread half of the tamale dough in the baking dish, layer the chicken filling, and top with cheese.
  5. Cover with remaining tamale dough, drizzle with sauce, and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
