- Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 400ºF. Clean and oil the grates.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, diced chipotle peppers, cumin, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and almond meal or panko breadcrumbs. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into patties, making a slight indentation in the center.
- Place patties on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, flipping once. Use a thermometer to ensure they reach 165ºF.
- Remove from grill, top with cheddar cheese, cover with foil, and let rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing patties on buns and adding tomato, avocado, corn, and spinach.
- Serve immediately while warm and juicy.
