Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 400ºF. Clean and oil the grates.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, diced chipotle peppers, cumin, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and almond meal or panko breadcrumbs. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into patties, making a slight indentation in the center.
  4. Place patties on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, flipping once. Use a thermometer to ensure they reach 165ºF.
  5. Remove from grill, top with cheddar cheese, cover with foil, and let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing patties on buns and adding tomato, avocado, corn, and spinach.
  7. Serve immediately while warm and juicy.
