  • 1 cup Brown Sugar can substitute with granulated

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons Milk can be omitted

Method
 

Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake Process
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Incorporate eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add flour and baking powder, mixing until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to create the cinnamon swirl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish. Top with half of the cinnamon mixture, then repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon mix; swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
