- Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into 1/2-inch wide strips to form cheese sticks.
- Transfer the cheese sticks to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Brush melted butter over the tops of the cheese sticks.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
