  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Gently fold the full-fat cottage cheese into the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until fully combined.
  5. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. Cut the dough into 1/2-inch wide strips to form cheese sticks.
  7. Transfer the cheese sticks to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Brush melted butter over the tops of the cheese sticks.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
