Cooking

- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and fold in the wilted spinach. Add Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Stir gently for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with additional parmesan.
