Step-by-Step Instructions for Avocado Feta Dip
  1. Start by selecting ripe, yet firm avocados. Halve them, remove the pits, and scoop the green flesh into a medium mixing bowl. Lightly mash them, leaving some chunks for a creamy yet chunky consistency.
  2. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. This step ensures the tangy flavor is incorporated throughout the dip.
  3. Finely dice the Roma tomatoes, removing the seeds for a smoother mix. Also, chop about a quarter of a red onion and mince one clove of garlic.
  4. In the mixing bowl with the mashed avocados, add the cubed feta, diced tomatoes, red onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley or cilantro. Drizzle in olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Sprinkle in fine sea salt and gently fold the ingredients together until just combined, maintaining a bit of texture.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped herbs or olive oil and serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
