  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice or lime juice for a variation
  • 8 ounces Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic Cheese the main ingredient for the sauce
For Garnish
  • to taste Chopped Parsley can substitute with dill or chives

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Boursin Salmon
  1. Cut the fresh salmon into 4 equal pieces. Season each fillet with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let rest while heating the skillet.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; add olive oil and butter. Once melted, place the salmon in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden but slightly undercooked.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onions over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened and golden brown.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, then add Boursin cheese. Stir and simmer for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return seared salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, cover, and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
