Step-by-Step Instructions for Cold Cajun Crab Dip
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Stir in scallions, red bell pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Add Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir in hot sauce if desired.
  4. Gently fold in the drained lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
