Cooking and Mixing Steps
  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Finely chop 2-3 celery ribs and 1 bell pepper into small pieces.
  3. Chop the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped imitation crab, celery, and bell pepper. Gradually add in the light mayonnaise and gently fold to combine.
