Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in scallions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and sriracha. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in crab meat, mozzarella, white cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Cut wonton wrappers into triangles, spray with oil, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the dip and serve with crispy wonton chips.
