- Start by spraying the inside of a 4-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- In the prepared slow cooker, add together the brown sugar, canned sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, light corn syrup, and ground cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and set to HIGH heat. Cook for about 1 hour, or until bubbling softly.
- Once the butter is melted, stir in the miniature marshmallows and cook for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Finally, stir in the chopped pecans before serving warm.
