Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add ½ cup of Greek yogurt, the juice of ½ lemon, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, ¼ cup of finely grated parmesan cheese, and 2 tablespoons of chopped capers. Pour in 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil, followed by 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Season generously with kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  2. Using a whisk, vigorously mix all ingredients in the bowl for about 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
  3. Gradually drizzle in 2 tablespoons of water while continuing to whisk the dressing until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
