- In a medium mixing bowl, add ½ cup of Greek yogurt, the juice of ½ lemon, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, ¼ cup of finely grated parmesan cheese, and 2 tablespoons of chopped capers. Pour in 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil, followed by 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Season generously with kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Using a whisk, vigorously mix all ingredients in the bowl for about 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
- Gradually drizzle in 2 tablespoons of water while continuing to whisk the dressing until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce if desired.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
