- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with sea salt and black pepper, bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through. Let cool and slice.
- In a medium Dutch oven, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in flour and On Everything All-Purpose Blend to create a base.
- Slowly add chicken stock while stirring to prevent lumps. Gradually stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and kale. Add sliced chicken and gnocchi, stir to blend.
- Bring the soup to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until gnocchi is tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Remove from heat and discard thyme sprigs. Serve in bowls with optional crusty bread or salad.
