Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with sea salt and black pepper, bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through. Let cool and slice.
  2. In a medium Dutch oven, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in flour and On Everything All-Purpose Blend to create a base.
  3. Slowly add chicken stock while stirring to prevent lumps. Gradually stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and kale. Add sliced chicken and gnocchi, stir to blend.
  4. Bring the soup to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until gnocchi is tender. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Remove from heat and discard thyme sprigs. Serve in bowls with optional crusty bread or salad.
