Cooking Instructions
  1. Peel and cube the potatoes, then boil in salted water for 20 minutes until fork-tender.

  3. Dust countertop with flour, divide dough, and roll into ropes. Cut into bite-sized pieces and press with a fork.
  4. Boil a large pot of salted water, add gnocchi, and cook for 3-4 minutes until they float.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet, toss gently, sprinkle feta, and mix to create a creamy consistency.
