Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small slow cooker, add 2 cups of fresh spinach, 1 cup of chopped artichoke hearts, 8 ounces of Neufchâtel cheese, 2 minced garlic cloves, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.
  2. Using a spatula, stir the ingredients thoroughly to ensure they're well mixed and evenly incorporated. Press down gently if needed.
  3. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set to cook on high for 1 to 2 hours or on low for 3 to 4 hours. Stir every 15-30 minutes.
