  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust based on heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white vinegar

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Pat the cooked large shrimp dry with paper towels.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cornstarch, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the shrimp in the prepared coating mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the shrimp in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar for the sauce.
  8. Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and toss with the Bang Bang sauce before serving.
