  • 1 cup Almond Flour or regular flour if not gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup Arrowroot Starch or cornstarch as a substitute
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder can use fresh garlic as a substitute
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder or finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust as per dietary preferences
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder or baking soda in a pinch
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce adjust to taste
For Serving
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce optional, seek plant-based versions for vegan

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a sheet pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the arrowroot starch, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Stir in the hot sauce and coconut milk into the dry mixture until smooth and well combined.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets into the mixing bowl and toss gently to coat them in the batter.
  5. Spread the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
  7. Transfer baked cauliflower bites to a bowl, drizzle with more hot sauce and toss gently.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!
