- Begin by finely chopping the hard-boiled eggs and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic in butter until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped hard-boiled eggs, sautéed onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and seasoning blend.
- Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into cutlets, about half an inch thick.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
