Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and oil. Gradually stir in warm water until it forms a dough.
- Lightly oil the top of the dough and cover it. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Chop the green onions finely. Heat oil in a small pan, mix in flour and chopped green onions.
- Divide the rested dough into 4 portions and roll each into thin rectangles.
- Spread the onion-oil mixture on each rectangle, roll tightly, and coil into a ball shape.
- Flatten each dough ball and roll into pancake shape.
- Heat a pan, add oil, and fry each pancake for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
