Ingredients
  

Pancake Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour provides structure
  • 1 teaspoon salt enhances flavor
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil for dough richness
  • 1 cup warm water hydrates the flour
Filling
  • 4 stalks green onion chopped finely
  • ½ cup neutral oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons flour for mixing with oil

  • 1 tablespoon flour for oil mixture

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and oil. Gradually stir in warm water until it forms a dough.
  2. Lightly oil the top of the dough and cover it. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Chop the green onions finely. Heat oil in a small pan, mix in flour and chopped green onions.
  4. Divide the rested dough into 4 portions and roll each into thin rectangles.
  5. Spread the onion-oil mixture on each rectangle, roll tightly, and coil into a ball shape.
  6. Flatten each dough ball and roll into pancake shape.
  7. Heat a pan, add oil, and fry each pancake for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
