Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the halved small red potatoes into the crockpot. Pour in about 5 cups of water and your choice of beer, substituting broth for extra flavor. Turn on low heat.
  2. Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, celery, quartered onion, and minced garlic. Mix gently to combine, ensuring the potatoes are well-coated. Cover and cook for 4-5 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Add in the kielbasa sausage and chunks of fresh corn. Cover and cook on low for an additional 2 hours.
  4. Finally, add the large uncooked shrimp into the mixture. Cover and cook for about 30 minutes until the shrimp turns opaque and pink.
  5. Serve immediately in a large bowl or directly on a newspaper-covered table for a fun experience.
