  • 2 lbs Sirloin Steak Use thick-cut, boneless for the best texture.
  • 1 tbsp Steak Seasoning Feel free to use your favorite store-bought blend.
For the Vegetables
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced, yellow or white onions add a savory base flavor.
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper Adds sweetness and color; red or yellow peppers can be substituted.
  • 1 tbsp Butter For sautéing vegetables and adding richness; olive oil can be a substitute.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced for aromatic flavor; garlic powder works in a pinch but use less.
For the Gravy
  • 1 packet Brown Gravy Mix Provides the sauce base; homemade gravy can also work well.
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Balances savory flavors in the gravy; agave syrup can be used for a less sweet option.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Adds umami depth; use soy sauce for a gluten-free substitute.
