- Season the chicken generously inside and out with paprika, steak seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.
- Spray the insert of the CrockPot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place aluminum foil balls or a small rack at the bottom of the CrockPot.
- Cover the CrockPot and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is golden and juices run clear.
