Step-by-Step Instructions for Paleo Granola
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched, sliced almonds, pecans, chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds, pepitas, sesame seeds, and coconut flakes.
  3. Melt honey and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, cloves, ground ginger, and kosher salt.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread it evenly, then bake for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Once golden brown, remove from the oven and cool completely. Fold in your choice of dried fruit.
  7. Store the granola in an airtight container for storage.
