Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash seedless cucumbers and slice into small cubes, then set aside.
  2. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, dice, and drizzle lime juice to prevent browning.
  3. Flake imitation crab meat into smaller pieces and place into a mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
  5. Combine diced cucumbers, flaked crab, and diced avocados; fold gently.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the mixed ingredients and toss gently to coat.
  7. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and strips of nori on top before serving.
