Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, blend together 1 can of full-fat coconut cream, 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup, and 3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chop 150 grams of dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao) into small pieces and place them in a small saucepan along with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat over low flame, stirring constantly for about 3-5 minutes until fully melted and glossy.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the melted chocolate mixture to cool for a minute. Gradually pour it into the bowl with the coconut cream mixture, stirring well as you combine.
  4. Divide the mousse mixture evenly into two serving cups or bowls, smoothing the tops with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap or lids if available, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, remove the mousse from the refrigerator and drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of almond butter over the top. Optionally, garnish with fresh berries or crushed nuts.
