Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, blend together 1 can of full-fat coconut cream, 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup, and 3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder until smooth and creamy.
- Chop 150 grams of dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao) into small pieces and place them in a small saucepan along with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat over low flame, stirring constantly for about 3-5 minutes until fully melted and glossy.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the melted chocolate mixture to cool for a minute. Gradually pour it into the bowl with the coconut cream mixture, stirring well as you combine.
- Divide the mousse mixture evenly into two serving cups or bowls, smoothing the tops with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap or lids if available, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, remove the mousse from the refrigerator and drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of almond butter over the top. Optionally, garnish with fresh berries or crushed nuts.

Notes
For the best results, refrigerate the mousse for at least 2 hours; this allows the flavors to meld and the mousse to firm up perfectly.
