Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla, and eggs, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes until the filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and serve.
