Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line an 8"x11" baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a stand mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla extract to the mixture, then gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips by hand until evenly dispersed.
  6. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 18-20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
