Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced apples and cranberries. Drizzle with orange juice and sprinkle with orange zest, then toss to coat.
  3. Evenly sprinkle flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and spices over the fruit mixture and mix gently.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out with a spatula.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine oats, both sugars, flour, and ground cinnamon. Cut in room-temperature butter until crumbly.
  6. Distribute the oat topping evenly over the fruit filling in the baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
