  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Fresh herb for garnishing

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the large cooked shrimp dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour with shrimp seasoning.
  3. Toss shrimp in the mixture until well-coated and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, and honey.
  5. Mix in sauce seasoning until smooth.
  6. Combine shredded cabbage and carrots, then drizzle with about ¾ of the creamy sauce.
  7. Sauté coated shrimp in a skillet with avocado oil for about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Warm tortillas on a separate burner or in the microwave.
  9. Assemble tacos with slaw, sautéed shrimp, red onion, cotija cheese, and cilantro.
