Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a blender, combine fresh blackberries, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and thyme. Blend until smooth and strain to remove seeds, reserving two-thirds for dressing.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a bowl and pour remaining marinade over them, ensuring they are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chicken for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. In serving bowls, distribute arugula and basil, slice grilled chicken, layer on greens with avocado and blackberries, and drizzle with reserved dressing.
