  1. Marinate the chicken breast in olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of vegetable broth to a boil. Stir in the instant couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let it stand for about 5 minutes until fluffy.
