  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (Parsley, Thyme, or Rosemary) chopped

  • 1 large egg for egg wash

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Sharp Knife
  • baking sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by unrolling your thawed puff pastry on a floured surface. Roll it slightly thinner and smooth out any creases.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with crumbled feta and your choice of fresh herbs. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the surface of the puff pastry. Evenly sprinkle your chopped cranberries on top.
  4. Starting from one long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log, ensuring the filling stays in place.
  5. Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled pastry into ½-inch thick slices and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the pinwheels for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving warm with a yogurt-based dip.
